Multiple Online orders only for Coach to cancel

I made an attempted to order a product online, I was charged but never received a confirmation email. I called CS they asked for the confirmation email number I never received. I spoke with a manager she took my info and placed the order again only to wake up the next morning to it being cancelled. You can bet they put another hold on my CC. I call CS back only to be told they can no longer process my order because their incompetence. I hate this company. I had a similar issues every time I try to make a purchase online.

Coach cross shoulder handbag 0

I purchased a black cross shoulder handbag and when I went on vacation the strap broke. This was the first and now the Coach handbag that I will ever buy. My husband bought this for me as a birthday present and it lasted jus a little over 1 year. I own many handbags that cost a fraction of what this one costed and they never broke. I sent it to Coach for repair and they want $200 to fix it, so the bag costed $200 and they want the same amount of money for the bag. They are a total rip off and a scam. I will never but a coach product again and neither will my friends. I asked for them to send my bag back so unfortunately I cannot post photos.

CCJ to get a refund for a faulty item?!

Well where do I start...

I purchased a bangle from Coach which fell apart within no more than 7 days. I emailed coach with pictures of the item and I was told that whilst in tier 4 lockdown, I must drive 50 miles back to the store I bought it from, to EXCHANGE it.

I reminded them of my legal rights under the sales of goods act, whereby I am entitled to a full refund if an item develops a fault within 30 days.

We went back and further for weeks but they stood by their absurd mentality that I am only entitled to exchange the item at the store I purchased it from ‘and this is backed up by the signs they've printed and stuck on the wall in store'. Apparently this overrides the law?

Anyway, I ultimately filed a county court claim for the value of this item and they accepted full liability and were required to pay this sum by 30th January 2021.

They never paid.

I subsequently issued them with a CCJ (county court judgement) which they ignored.

I am now taking next steps to issue a warrant of control.

BEWARE - don't ever purchase from this company.

Thieves

Do not order from Coach! I bought a pair of heels.The site lied about the heel height. They were way to high. I sent them back over a month ago.No refund yet. They just keep telling me it's coming different dates. Something tells me Coach is going out of business. Beware!

A complete lack of customer service

As many other reviewers have mentioned, the returns process is a nightmare and there is a complete lack of customer service.
- the label won't scan despite going to multiple DPD stores.
- I have tried contacting Coach's customer service number twice. Both times I was on hold for at least half an hour and then gave up
- I have sent 2 emails and have received no response.
- Apparently i have to return the parcel within 14 days, at this rate i'm not sure it's going to be possible.
I will not be ordering from this brand again. If anyone is planning to order from here, make sure you don't plan on returning it because it will be an extremely long and stressful process with no input from their customer services team.

My parcel has just arrived

My parcel has just arrived, I had the same experience no customer service, my parcel was stuck at Oldbury for 3 weeks but it has arrived and in lovely packaging.
Shame about the lack of contact with the company but the item is lovely.
Just order well in advance.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Do not buy from this site! Its been a month since my order and no news of when will arrive, contacted the support they seem too busy with other complaints to deal with mines! Contact your bank and flag this site! Do not use

Feeling anxious

Ordered 30th December 2020. Order was confirmed.
13/01/21 received an email my order is on it’s way. I tracked my order on 22/01/21 a message with a big capital word EXCEPTION. Since then not heard from DPD. However after sending emails a few times.COACH eventually responded yesterday 25th/01/21 parcels are being held due to tracking issues at DPD.

Like others , my item is stuck with DPD...

Like others, a bag I ordered for my wife is now stuck at a DPD depot. I contacted DPD and they said the problem is down to missing information on the item. They will not release it for delivery until Coach send them this information. I contacted Coach to get to the bottom of this but their phone line is closed, the chat function on their website disabled and I have very little hope my email will receive a reply.
I've contacted my credit card company as interim step but I won't be purchasing from Coach online again. I highly advise any potential customers to do the same.

Stuck in warehouse

Holly sh... I though I’m the only one who struggle and being ignored by their costumer services via email. My parcel stuck in dpd warehouse for 10 days and being transferred to another one. Worry I’m not gonna get my item/refund. I’m surprised that everything it’s still quiet. Big respectful company which has lost mine one others respect now. These stuff are not cheap so finger crossed my bday gift will be refunded ASAP.

Disappointment

To start with, after being inticed to the website, I saw that there was "free shipping today". I also had a free shipping code. After choosing my bag and going to checkout, there was no free shipping and the code was "invalid for this transaction". I took screenshots of the free shipping offer (no restrictions, it said) and sent it off to the customer service email assuming they would correct the problem. Wrong, 3 days later, they informed me that there was no such thing as free shipping and that my screen shot was just a glitch. Should have cancelled at that point (it had not been shipped) but figured I would just let it go. When the package finally arrived, in a much too big box, I was sorely disappointed. The purse was much smaller than depicted on the website, and the leather was pebbled, which was not relayed in the description. Planning on returning it, the directions say to use the pre-paid label. Guess what? There isn't one and when I went to the website, I see that customers must pay for shipping. So I have paid for two way shipping on a bag I wouldn't have even looked at in a store. This has disappointed me so much that I may never buy another Coach bag--and at one time they were my favorite.

Bad experience in ordering Coach from EU online store.
I haven't got any of my orders since boxing day!
When they email you that the item has been shipped, don't trust them. They only sent the parcel information to the DPD, but not even ready yet to collect.
The customer service are not helpful.
They can't do anything, even the can't cancel they item that hasn't been shipped.
Such wasting time and money!
Never ever order the Coach product again!
Such a shame for a world-class brand.
